Shipping Policy
Shipping prices are specified at the point of payment and are non-negotiable. We take great care throughout the shipping process to ensure that your painting will be safely shipped with full insurance. Please allow approximately 7-14 days for shipments. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.
Return Policy
We want you to be perfectly satisfied and exceptionally happy with your artwork purchases. We offer a 7-day, no questions asked exchange policy on any original painting. If for whatever reason you would like to return your painting, we will be happy to exchange your painting for a different painting of the same size, or you can commission Kristen Hess to create a new painting of the same size.
Privacy Policy
We collect information when users voluntarily provide it. This information is used to process orders and fulfill specific requests specified by the users. You can easily remove yourself from any email newsletter subscription list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in any email newsletter correspondence.

We do not sell or share your personally identifiable information with any third-party. Personally identifiable information is kept private and secure for internal purposes only, such as fulfilling any requests and orders placed by the users. We would only share personally identifiable information with governmental agencies if absolutely required to by law.

Copyright
Artist warrants that the work is an original painting of the Artist. Artist reserves all rights in the work vested by United States and international copyright law, including full reproduction rights and rights for all commercial and promotional purposes. A purchase of an original painting ensures the Buyer’s lawful possession and ownership of the original work, however, the Artist still retains all legal rights to intellectual property of the piece for any and all commercial, reproduction, and promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to update the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, with the new changes taking place immediately.
